Shipping policy

We offer FREE domestic shipping for our pet sympathy gifts and packages ONLY. All other collections require the customer to pay shipping costs. Our FREE shipping utilizes United States Postal Service 1st Class Package Service for packages under 1 lb.  and usually arrive within 3 to 5 days of the shipping date. We utilize USPS or UPS for FREE shipping on domestic pet sympathy packages over 1 lb. and under 2.5 lbs.  Packages can arrive within 2-3 days of shipping, BUT is not guaranteed. Unfortunately we do not control the speed of delivery by the Carriers.

If you elect to expedite your order, please select the paid option, BUT understand we do not guarantee faster delivery by the Carriers. Once a package leaves our facility it is under the control of the selected Carrier.
