Our online store provides an option to send items as a gift and add a card to your order in the case that you want to send a complete personalized package to someone. You are able to provide a personalized message (limit of 225 characters) for your card. One of our team members will handwrite your message on to the card selected, gift wrap the item and ship it directly to your friend or family member on your behalf. You provide the shipping information at check out.

It’s always good to remember that a pet is/was a family member when creating your message and to acknowledge the occasion for the gift. In the case of pet loss, let them know you that you support them and are thinking of them. Use the pet’s name if you know it. Personalized messages are always handwritten on the cards. It is what makes Pet Perennials gifts a little more special!How are the gifts wrapped?

Each of our unique gifts is wrapped in colorful tissue, and gift packages include a card of your choice with your personalized message handwritten for you.

You can order as many gifts as you would like to go in a package. However, if you are ordering gifts for more than one person with different addresses you must use the mult-ship options.

We currently offer a selection of sympathy cards to choose from that make the perfect accompaniment to a personalized sympathy package. We will be adding more cards representing various occasions as we expand our gift categories and options.

Gifts or packages under $30.00 get free domestic shipping. Free shipping applies to all orders weighing under 1 lb. Items under 1 lb. ship anywhere across the USA via United States Postal Service - First Class Package Service. Once an order ships it takes only 3 to 5 days to arrive at the recipient’s mailbox. We offer other options using USPS and UPS should you want to expedite shipping. You can select a different method at the time of check out. Costs will vary depending on destination and weight.

For our business members we will notify you on the occasion this occurs. If you provided an incorrect address when you placed the order, we will provide a credit to your account for the cost of the gift less the greeting card price and shipping costs (since we are unable to recover these items).

One of 10 different stone hearts is randomly embedded in the candle at the time of pour. The keepsake heart is inside of the actual candle! As the soy wax melts cleanly away the stone is revealed. Be sure to keep the Legend Card that came with the candle to find your special message and the meaning of the stone itself. The stone can be easily removed from the candle tin and washed with warm water and soap. See the product page here.

Although we can’t guarantee burn time, each candle should burn for approximately 20 hours.

The seed packet in the kit contains 15 different species of perennial wildflower seeds that grow pet safe flowers.  A small amount of annual seeds are added to the mix to provide color to the foliage during the first growing season. These are also pet safe flowers.  See product page here.

The contents of a kit will allow you to create 12-14 seed wafers. The seeds are protected within the nutrient rich soil shape and grow from it. Simply sowthe seed wafers in a sunny spot by laying them on top of the soil about an inch apart. Be sure to keep them watered in the beginning. You do not have to dig a hole or cover the seed wafers with dirt. See product page here.

We always pack the freshest seeds in our kits. However, if another retailer sells a Pet Perennials Kit containing seeds that are past the 1 year expiration date we will be happy to replace the seeds. Simply, email customerservice@cherishedones.net and provide your name and mailing address. We will ship you a fresh package of seeds.

We pride ourselves on creating or curating unique gifts that exemplify the human animal bond, therefore we will never be an extensive marketplace of pet related products. Rather, we will provide thoughtful products and personalized packages that celebrate the milestones we share with our pets from welcoming new pets in to our homes to commemorating end of life. In the months to come, look for new categories and gifts that recognize the many steps along the journey.

A membership is FREEand you are never charged any fees unless you order a package.

Members get special package pricing which is almost 15% less than what consumers pay. All Gift Package prices include a gift(s), a handwritten card, gift wrap and the shipping fees to the recipient’s mailbox.

Having a membership account makes it EASY to order a gift package anytime that you need it without the hassle of having to enter your billing information, greeting card messages and payment data each time.  We take care of the rest! Your member information is stored securely.

If ordering online, a password and login are required to access. You will select the gift(s) and card you would like to send, then you will need to provide the recipients shipping address. You will also be able to type or modify your card message if one is already stored for your business.

You can also order via phone or text to 855-573-3887 email sales@cherishedones.net or fax 866-643-0136. The following information is needed when you place an order:

- Your Company Name or Main Contact 

- Recipient’s name and shipping address

- Pet’s name and type of animal (i.e. dog, cat…)

- Gift(s) Selection

- Indicate if using greeting card message on file or provide any modifications

We will notify you in the occasion that this occurs to see what you would like us to do next. We will apply a credit to your account for the cost of the gift less the greeting card price and shipping costs (since we are unable to recover these items). If you elect to provide a corrected or new mailing address, we will reship the gift to your client. You will only be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package. You will be provided with an invoice for the new shipping fees.

Yes, you can file the costs under marketing expenses for tax purposes. After we ship a package, you receive an order confirmation email that includes a paid invoice to use for your record keeping.

You will receive an order confirmation email that includes shipping information so you can track the delivery of your package(s).

We keep enable you to keep standard message(s) on file because we know you are busy and it can be difficult to think of just the right thing to say at the moment. We try to keep messages to 250 characters or less. We can personalize standard messages with a customer’s and pet’s name where applicable.  We also know there will be times that you will want to change your message altogether, therefore you can do so at time of order.
