Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you or someone you sent it to has received it (in the event it was ordered as a gift). It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Personalized items for yourself or someone else (as part of a gift package)

To complete your return, please email customerservice@petperennials.com with the following information: order #, name of the product, email address associated with the order and if you want a refund. Once we locate the order, we will send a notification that includes a shipping label to affix to the package that you are returning. After the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method. See Refund section below.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- If the item was sent as a gift, is not personalized and it was returned because the recipient address provided at time of order is either incorrect or the person no longer lives there AND you do not wish attempt to resend the original items to a new address (additional S&H fees will apply). The item(s) can be returned, and a flat partial refund will be granted.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Keep in mind that when a gift package is returned to us as “unable to forward”, or “undeliverable” due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of the order we will notify you of such. You will have the option to provide a corrected/updated shipping address and will be billed a flat fee to cover the additional reship/handling costs prior to our reshipment of the gift.

If you are unable to provide a new address, we will refund the original cost of the item/gift less the cost of the card (unable to restock) and less the cost of postage and handling fees to restock the item.

Personalized gifts are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@cherishedones.net.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@petperennials.com. include in your email the order # , name of the product and the email address associated with the order. Once we locate the order, we will respond with instructions to process the exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pet Perennials PO Box 8034, Pittsburgh PA 15216, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
