How It Works

If you are already a Groomsoft User:

1. Sign up for the Pet Perennials gift service within Groomsoft.

2. A representative from Pet Perennials will call you to collect your credit card information for billing. You are only billed once you place an order.

3.Whenever you mark a pet as deceased and save the record, you will be asked if you would like to send a sympathy gift. There is also a button to purchase a sympathy gift whenever you view a deceased pet.

4.Select the gift(s) you would like to send, review or edit the personalized message for the handwritten sympathy card.

5.Click the order button.

6.Pet Perennials receives the orders and prepares and ships your package directly to someone with a broken heart for you. You will receive a confirmation email with a paid invoice and tracking information to confirm shipment.
